SEO Executive (B2B - IT Outsourcing)
1. Responsibilities:
- Audit and monitor technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, sitemap, robots.txt, index coverage
- Identify and fix SEO issues: redirects, canonical tags, duplicate content, URL structure
- Optimize website structure and internal linking
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and page performance
- Work with developers to resolve technical issues and optimize website
- Build and maintain SEO-friendly website architecture
- Collaborate with Content team on pillar pages and topic clusters
- Plan and execute backlink strategies (guest posts, niche sites, directories)
- Analyze backlink profile and competitors
- Monitor SEO performance via GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Track keywords, traffic, indexing and provide optimization recommendations
2. Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of SEO experience, focusing on Technical SEO and Offpage. Preferred: B2B, Tech, or IT Outsourcing industry
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, sitemap, canonical, internal linking
- Experience working on multiple websites or SEO projects
- Preferred experience in Global SEO (English market)
- Proficient in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Experience in backlink building and offpage SEO
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to collaborate with Content and Developer teams
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website structure
