1. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking structure, to enhance search engine visibility
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
  • Create and manage backlink building campaigns to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to target markets
  • Perform regular SEO audits and provide recommendations for improving website performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

2. Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably within the software development industry
  • Experience with SEO tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Screaming Frog
  • A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
  • Excellent reading skills in English
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


  • Proficiency in English and/or Japanese
  • Experience working with international markets
  • Experience in B2B industries.

3.3. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: Up to 15.000.000 VND + Commissions 
  • Bonuses: 13th-month salary, performance-based bonuses tied to the company's business performance, individual capacity, etc

Working Hours: 5 days/week, Monday to Friday

Flexible working hours: 8 hours/day, can start between 8:30 am and 9:00 am and end between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm.
