Digital Marketing Executive (Performance & CRM-focused)
I. Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Ads Execution & Lead Support
- Execute and optimize digital ad campaigns based on approved plans and budgets
- Monitor basic campaign performance such as leads, cost, and conversion rate
- Support retargeting activities to improve lead nurturing effectiveness
- Assist in ad localization for Global, Japan, and Korea markets when required
2. Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation
- Set up and operate email automation and lead nurturing flows based on existing scenarios
- Monitor lead behavior and support improvements in lead quality
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to optimize funnel steps
3. Tracking & Data Management
- Implement and maintain basic tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Set up tags and events for digital campaigns following existing guidelines
- Standardize traffic sources and ensure correct lead attribution
- Consolidate leads from multiple channels and update them in the CRM system
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy across digital campaigns
4. CRM Operation & Lead Management
- Manage and update lead status in the CRM system
- Follow up on lead handling progress according to marketing processes
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure leads are handled within SLA
- Support periodic lead and performance reporting
5. Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports
- Work closely with SEO, Review Site, and Branding teams to support overall lead generation
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager
II. Requirements
1. Experience & Skills
- 1.5 – 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience in executing digital ads and lead generation activities
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing
- Experience working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager at an operational level
- Experience using CRM or lead management systems
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
2. Market & Industry Knowledge
- Experience in B2B digital marketing is required
- Experience in IT Outsourcing (ITO) or technology services is a strong advantage
- Understanding of how digital marketing works in B2B environments is preferred
3. Language & Communication
- Ability to read and understand English for daily work is required
- Experience working with international markets (Global, Japan, Korea) is a plus

Flexible Working Hours: 8 hours/day, with start times from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM and end times from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
