1/ Job Description:

• Receive and manage all business requirements sent to the project by customers, arrange and classsify the priority.
• Manage and review the work of BA team to ensure that the documents sufficiently and adequately meet customer's business requirement; to keep up the progress plan.
• Participate in detailed BA tasks with team: Collect & analyze information, clarify requirements, document, business modeling, transfer business to team.
• Participate in software acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets the requirements of customers sufficiently and adequately.
• Collaborate with team to evaluate, estimate the project effort; evaluate the feasibility level of project
• Participate in training and sharing for BA team members as well as other training activities in the company.
• Build orientation and development roadmap for BA team members.

2/ Requirements:

• Education required: Bachelor’s degree in IT or IT-related majors are preference
• Having knowledge about BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge). Having a BA certificate is prefered
• Having at least two-year experience in the same position managing the team with more than 3 members
• Having good analysing and problem-solving skills. Being able to elaborate problems in a clear and coherent way
• Having good logic thinking
• Having high responsibility and positive job attitude
• Being able to discuss with customers in English.
