1. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, decompose, and estimate assigned tasks.
  • Report progress to Project Managers (PMs) or other managers.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, apply, and evaluate new technologies and trends. Share these learnings with project teams and/or the wider company.
  • Troubleshoot and solve complex, time-sensitive problems regardless of specific technologies or project domains.
  • Mentor and train interns/junior developers.

2. Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred)
  • Programming: Strong understanding and proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts (3+ years)
  • Databases: Understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases like MS SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL (1+ year)
  • Frontend: Experience with popular frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, or VueJS (1+ year)
  • Backend: Strong understanding and experience with .NET, .NET Core, .NET 5+, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core MVC, and Entity Framework (3+ years) with knowledge in designing RESTful, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs
  • Web Technologies: Familiarity with core web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for responsive design
  • DevOps: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (bonus)
  • Soft Skills: Eager to learn, ability to solve problems under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (both oral & written).

Optional Skills:

  • Caching (Redis, MemCache, Couchbase)
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • .NET mobile development (Xamarin/MAUI)
  • SQL optimization
  • Build tools (Webpack, BabelJS)
