Social Media Executive

1. Responsibilities:

• Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action on social fanpages (mostly drive traffic to the main website)
• Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
• Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
• Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
• Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications.
• Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
• Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
• Cooperate with Design team to optimize images and videos on online platforms, aligned with Newwave Solutions branding guideline
• Other duties as assigned

2. Requirements:

• University degree or above majoring in marketing, business administration, finance, economics or related fields
• Have experience working in similar positions
• Knowledge of software industry or/and IELTS 6.0 or above is an advantage
• Excellent English reading and writing skills
• Logical thinking and creative excellent writing skills
• Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI’s.
• Knowledge of SEO in content creation and current SEO best practices,  Experience in Wordpress and Blogger (preferred) - For SEO writer only

• *Nice to have: 

• Have worked in the environment of industries: Technology, Software, SaaS, or B2B
