Middle Business Analyst (Fluent English)
1. Job Description:
- Conduct business requirements elicitation, analysis and research from customers, thereby providing appropriate solutions, ensuring the link between the developed functions and the required business
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with customers and stakeholders (Q&A, Workflow Presentation, Customer Demo, Manual Guide)
- Identify the right documentation, create system documents and solution documents, specific specification documents for the software development team
- Transfer and coordinate with project members to complete products that satisfy customers' wishes
- Capture project progress and quality, promptly discuss with PM and clients
- Plan, coordinate and perform internal acceptance testing before UAT or before product handover
2. Requirements:
2.1 Compulsory skills
- Fluent in English (both oral & written).
- Experienced in BA task estimation and planning
- Experienced in the position of Business Analyst IT for at least 2 years (excluding internship time)
- Having in-depth knowledge of software system analysis and design (Website, Mobile Apps)
- Proficient in technical documents: User Story, BRD, SRS, FRS
- Proficient in interface design /modeling tools, user flow: Wireframe, Mockup
- Able to train and manage a BA team of 1-2 members
- Have experience building both web and mobile applications
2.2. Non-compulsory skills - It would be advantageous if you have it!
- Ability to work well in a team and can withstand pressure.
- Organizational and management skills; self-study, define and manage technical documents.
- Dynamic in work, agile, hard-working, progressive and eager to learn
- Have basic knowledge of API and database
- Host seminar BA knowledge
- Have participated in both short-term and long-term projects
- Can flexibly switch between BA and QA roles
- PM experience is a big advantage

Working Hours: 5 days/week, Monday to Friday
