What You’ll Be Responsible for:

  • Working closely with customers, stakeholders and team members.
  • Determining requirements and providing project estimates and timelines.
  • Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
  • Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Reviewing code
  • Providing leadership, support and motivation to technical team members.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of NodeJS, NestJS framework or ReactJS
  • Hand-on design system with Micro-service architecture style and cloud.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with the whole stack and protocols / Understanding of the full software life cycle
  • Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals
  • Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
  • Experienced in running the project team size > 10 members
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.                                                                                       
  • Have good written and verbal English language communication skills with an ability to work effectively in an international environment 
  • Familiar with Agile Scrum framework.
