1. Job Description:

  • Participate in requirements analysis for software development projects
  • Create test scenario, test checklist, test case... Create test data, set up test environment
  • Execute test according to test plan and scenario
  • Report bugs, monitor bug fixing of developers, and ensure the quality of the software
  • Evaluate test results and write test reports
  • Propose and adjust the product development process in accordance with the specific requirements of each project, and control to ensure the implementation of the agreed procedure.
  • Control the progress and quality of the project.
  • Detect risks, provide solutions to avoid risks and solve problems.
  • Mentor and train intern/junior QC.

2. Requirements:

2.1 Compulsory skills

  • Have at least 3-years experience on test web/ test app on mobile devices (exclude internship time)
  • Can perform testing tasks in the project independently (no need for leader to review/assign all tasks)
  • Have knowledge of blockchain. Participate in blockchain project for 1 year or more
  • Proficient in English in reading and writing skills and able to communicate with clients.
  • Understanding of software development models.
  • Understand project processes and project progress management.
  • Have basic knowledge about software project and testing.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, Q&A and negotiate with customers.
  • Experience working on projects with high-level documents.
  • Experience in creating test documents at all stages of testing.
  • Manage, analyze, monitor test results, then report and evaluate product quality.
  • Experience working with API, Database.
  • Can work independently, without leader's assign.
  • Ability to review output of team members.

2.2. Non-compulsory skills - It would be advantageous if you have it!

  • Candidate has experience in testing security, performance, can create test documents and estimate effort for this activity.
  • Ability to self-learn new domains and new tools to serve work.
  • Organizational and management skills; self-study, define and manage test documents.
  • Ability to work well in a team and able to work under pressure.
  • Have management skills in a team with more than 2 members and being able to train other members skills and processes related to testing.
  • Able to persuade and present your ideas.
  • Dynamic at work, agile, creative and eager to learn.
  • Careful, meticulous. Hardworking and progressive.

Working Hours: 5 days/week, Monday to Friday

Flexible working hours: 8 hours/day, can start between 8:30 am and 9:00 am and end between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm.
